Delete your account

Permanently delete your Place a Go account and synchronised personal records in both data spaces. This cannot be undone. On-device photos and offline copies must be removed on each device.

Use the verified email associated with your account, including your Apple private relay address if you chose Hide My Email. No password change is needed. If you cannot access that mailbox or your older Apple account has no email address, contact support to request ownership verification and deletion. You can also delete from Account → Manage account in the app.

After deletion, check Sign in with Apple and remove Place a Go if it is still listed.
