For help, account recovery or privacy requests, contact the address below. Include your app version, device and a short description. Do not send passwords, verification codes, session tokens or precise location.

Use the verified email associated with your account, including your Apple private relay address if you chose Hide My Email. No password change is needed. If you cannot access that mailbox or your older Apple account has no email address, contact support to request ownership verification and deletion. You can also delete from Account → Manage account in the app.
